Carmina Cianciulli
Carmina Cianciulli received her BFA from the Tyler School of Art, Temple University and an MFA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. After careers in graphic design, teaching and industrial design, she has spent most of her professional life as a college administrator at Temple University in Philadelphia.
A certified SMART START facilitator, Cianciulli conducted individual career coaching and career preparation workshops for Temple students and alumni. In addition to her administrative work, she is an educational consultant to high schools, community colleges and art schools; contributed articles to Artschools.com; is a scholarship reader for the ISTS Scholarship Management Services; has juried many regional exhibitions including Scholastics, PSEA, Delaware County Community College, SkillsUSA and the Abington Art Center; and continues her studio practice as a painter. She was a vice chair of Eastern Center for Technology's Occupational Advisory Committee for Commercial Art and is on the exhibition advisory committee of the Abington Art Center. She was the visual arts contributor to College Admission: From Application to Acceptance, published by Random House in 2011. In recognition of her service to the Tyler community she received a 2015 Temple University Impact award.
Cianciulli’s work been exhibited at the Perkins Center for the Arts, Penn State University, Virginia Tech University, Tyler School of Art and the Ellarslie Museum, Temple University Rome. Bryn Athyn College and the Elvhjem Museum.
